Join The People's Music School!
The People’s Music School offers high quality, tuition-free music education to school aged children in Chicago who would otherwise not be able to afford it. Based on a student’s age, we offer classes in general music, instrumental studies, music theory, and a variety of ensembles.

The People’s Music School Calendar runs from September to June. Our programs run after school Monday through Friday and on the weekend. Students enrolled in our programs will:
- Attend after school classes 2 days a week for up to 4 hours
- Participate in performances throughout the school year
- Take part in engaging masterclasses with guest artists
- Gain skills through participating in our intensive music program that will benefit them throughout their life.
